Who Are We?

The Alberta Clipper Hunting Retriever Association (ACHRA) is a non-profit organization intended to promote and preserve the hunting instincts of the retriever breeds.

We promote a social environment, which encourages families to be involved in the handling and training of retrievers. We educate handlers, owners, and the general public to encourage and promote quality in the breeding of hunting retrievers.

We encourage the use and training of hunting retrievers as a conservation tool for the sound management and use of all our wildlife resources. Education, conservation and dogs are our common theme.

Our events are attended by people from across Canada as well as from the North-West United States.
